The best way to get support is to contact the help desk. Normal help desk hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM CST, except for nationally recognized holidays. Email may also be answered outside of normal support hours.

Training

Training is available in person and with online webinars, for both new and established customers, and for individuals or groups. We normally do not charge for training but reserve the right to start charging for frequent in person training. We offer training tailored for both providers and administrators, and we can accommodate up to 100 participants per online webinar. Please consult the help documentation before contacting the help desk. Help documentation is available in the application, online, and in PDF format. There are videos available as well. If you still have a question or issue, in order of preference the help desk can be contacted by email, phone, or trouble ticket. To be better informed you can also sign up for periodic updates.
