If you still have a question or issue the best way to get support is to contact the help desk. Normal help desk hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM CST, except for nationally recognized holidays. Email may also be answered outside of normal support hours.

Training is available in person and with online webinars, for both new and established customers, and for individuals or groups. We offer training tailored for both providers and administrators, and we can accommodate up to 100 participants per online webinar. We reserve the right to charge for in person training.
Training sessions roughly follow the formats below.
While the primary way to access the system is via the web app, there are also native clients available for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Apple being Apple, you must use the link here to access the app. Linux being Linux, we provide the app in AppImage format.
